ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A $100 DAMAGE DEPOSIT, REFUNDABLE UPON INSPECTION OF THE UNIT
AFTER CHECKOUT.

YOU  will be solely responsible for any and all damages to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be needed.  We take the
condition of the townhouses VERY SERIOUSLY and any problems will be handles in the same manner.

At the time of Booking, a one night rental will require a 1 night rental charge as a deposit,
two or more nights will require a 2 night rental charge as a deposit.

REFUND POLICY
  • 4 week cancellation notice                       FULL Deposit refund
  • 3 week cancellation notice                        75% Deposit refund
  • 2 week cancellation notice                        50% Deposit refund
  • 1 week cancellation notice                        25% Deposit refund
  • Less than 1 week cancellation notice         NO DEPOSIT REFUND                 
THERE IS A $25 charge for non returned keys.
